Public Address System
A public pager system (PA system) is an electronic system consisting of microphones, speakers, loudspeakers, and related equipment. Increase the apparent sound level (loudness) of a human voice, musical instrument, or other audio source, sound or recorded music. PA systems are used in any public setting that requires the announcer, performer, etc., to be sufficiently audible at a distance or over a large area. Typical applications include sports grounds, public transport vehicles and facilities, and live or recorded music venues and events..
Sound System
means any system of loudspeakers, amplifiers, microphones or reproducers, or any combination of such equipment, used in the reproduction or amplification of music, speech or other sounds, when used for communication to, or otherwise addressing or entertaining, whether the same is mounted upon a vehicle or upon a building or other structure or upon the ground.
